Tips for a quality life

Our attitudes and the way we spend our time determine our character and therefore our happiness. The inability to use the right time in the rush to adapt to the developing world of technology, the wrong lifestyle habits we have acquired are socially inadequate and unhappy; so it causes many health problems in the long term. An unhealthy eating plan, consuming harmful foods, a sedentary lifestyle, sleep problems, extreme stress directly affect both human health and a happy life. Unfortunately, this wrong lifestyle, which is a common problem of modern people, especially young people, factors such as eating habits, use of time, sleep patterns, and life away from sports , it has a direct share on the quality of life of individuals except for affecting health, happiness. Fast food's being  fast to eat in daily rush, especially young people's spending their free time just depending on the computer television, internet and screens so they stay still, staying away from social activities cause an unhealthy, immobile and unhappy generation. All this was taken into account and the project was gathered under the name of quality life that includes all these titles.
