Türkiye Drives Leadership and Sensory Awareness
The Turkish team led visual perception sessions and played a key role in mentoring, group leadership, and facilitation.
Representing Türkiye in the Erasmus+ youth exchange “Hearing, Feeling, Acting” in Collado Mediano, the team took a proactive role in both facilitation and inclusion.
They led impactful sessions on visual perception, attention and balance, and co-facilitated workshops on the sense of smell. Turkish group leaders supported mentoring, logistics and intercultural understanding, while co-leaders were empowered to take on new responsibilities.
The team also played a major role in the visibility and sustainability of the project, contributing to blog posts, videos and newsletters that were shared across platforms and uploaded to the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.
